THE WORD

The term "RIGHTEOUS" has a literal meaning of doing what is right, but to us, it carries a deeper significance as well. In this context, being RIGHTEOUS means that the effort you put in will directly influence the results you get. Hard work, consistency and intelligence will generally lead to greater success than a lack of effort. This principle applies to the professional world as well as in the private.

However, we must acknowledge that life is often unfair and some individuals are born with disabilities or illnesses that prevent them from achieving greatness. Despite this, it is generally true that hard work and dedication are necessary to achieve success in most areas of life.

In everyday life, being RIGHTEOUS involves living with purpose, caring for others, being kind and striving to improve oneself. Although it is impossible to ensure that everyone who wears our brand will embody these values, we aspire to promote them and encourage others to do the same.

RIGHTEOUS is a long word but as an abbreviation we use "RTS"

THE SYMBOL

The symbol of the scale represents the concept of reciprocity, where what you give is what you receive. If you are good to one, he or she will be good to you. It also embodies the principle of balance, as depicted in the Yin and Yang symbol, signifying the equilibrium between good and evil in life.

In the same way that the person you greet smiles back at you when you smile. Visualize a scale where every act of kindness or good deed you perform is weighed on one side and an equivalent amount of goodness is added to the other side. This doubling effect signifies the potential impact of our actions and motivates us to do more good. 

Similarly, imagine a farmer who toils tirelessly to cultivate and harvest his crops. When he puts his produce on the scale, he receives a fair exchange of gold, symbolizing the principle of just compensation for effort and hard work. And if he is smart, he will make improvements to his work to earn his gold easier.

In summary, the scale symbolizes the idea of balance, reciprocity, and fairness in life. It reminds us that our actions have consequences and encourages us to strive towards making positive contributions to the world around us.

THE BRAND

We want to make clothes that capture the stylish look that's popular in Sweden but often overlooked but refine it. RIGHTEOUS plans to launch a collection of fashionable yet understated apparel. In line with our commitment to sustainability, our designs will mostly be subtle and classic, rather than flashy and trendy. We recognize that bold and transient styles may quickly lose their appeal can quickly lose their appeal, and we aim to create pieces that will stand the test of time. 

Our vision for our clothing is defined by the following key elements:

• Timeless: We want our clothes to have an enduring quality, so they can be worn and enjoyed for years to come.

• Vogue: While we strive for timelessness, we also want our clothing to be fashion-forward and in keeping with current trends.

• Sophisticated: Our clothes will embody a sense of refinement and elegance, suited to those who appreciate understated luxury.

• Casual: We are inspired by classic style and strive to create clothes that are so stylish that you can wear the clothes at any time but at the same you show that you have a good taste.

 

THE VISION

Our brand has a noble ambition to initiate a charity and organize a gala event that brings together famous personalities, esteemed brands and companies that uphold the values ​​of righteousness. We have an idea that the current generation lacks respect and sensitivity, and we aim to change this through our brand. We strive to raise awareness of the qualities that define a gentleman or lady. We understand that this may seem like a lofty goal, but we are determined to make a positive impact on the world. Our guiding principle is to constantly strive for improvement, both personally and collectively as a society, through ideals of righteousness.

 

THE STORY

RIGHTEOUS is founded by me, a teenager from Sweden. Sounds cliché but some of my earliest memories are from making a small tree toy in the form of a tank with my father on the porch we had where we lived back then. And I have always been that creative kid, making "magic potions" with everything I could find at home, writing detective stories, making songs (at least I tried) and I drawed a lot. From what I've been told I drawed so much in preschool so that my teachers had to take away my pencils.

It was not untill I was sixteen when I discovered the word "RIGHTEOUS". It was the perfect word. It was an odd number of nine letters with the symmetrical letter "T" in the middle AND the there is no other word with as good meaning. So I started out with cutting out the letters from a paper and then tape it with clear tape to my grey hoodie and see how it would look.

Then a few months later, me and three friends started a so called "UF" which is a subject in school where the students get to try to start a form of company to get an insight in the business world. We had no idea what to do, what to sell, and then I remembered the word "RIGHTEOUS" from months earlier. The boys was on it and we got to work. Bought the cheapest caps that we could print on and started printing our logo on it. The cheap quality really bit us in our ass when the caps were poorly put together and the prints fell of for our dear customers quite a few times. (It really hurted to get complaints, it was really embarassing) - That's why I now sell caps of much better quality (with embroidery) - Back to the story. We really succeded with our "UF" and I wanted to start it on my own, at first, the boys wanted to start it aswell but later they agreed for me to start it on my own.

I run this business because I have to express my creativity by taking pictures, designing clothes and conveying a message I truly believe in.

Righteous is my rule of life, I try to stick to it as best I can, but no one is perfect. But I can at least try I best as I think everyone should. In other words:
